For 10 years, the 26.2 Step Mini Marathon has been more than a race. It has been a movement of hope and lifesaving action.

Every step taken and the funds raised helps the Hereditary Cancer Foundation reach individuals and families who may be unknowingly carrying an inherited cancer risk.

For the past decade, our incredible community has raised thousands of dollars to help make hereditary cancer education, genetic testing, and support more accessible to those who need it most. What began as a single event has grown into 10 years of people coming together with a shared belief that knowing your risk can change — and even save — a life.

Your support helps break down the barriers that too often stand between people and lifesaving information — cost, access, awareness, and fear. It helps bring hereditary cancer education and genetic testing to communities that need it most, while providing support to those navigating life at high risk.

Over the past decade, 26 steps and thousands of dollars have become something much bigger: a chance to SAVE a life.

As we celebrate the 10th anniversary of the 26.2 Step Mini Marathon, we honor the lives touched by hereditary cancer, remember those we have lost, stand beside those currently fighting, and work toward a future where no one has to discover their cancer risk too late.
